01 CONTEXT
A new expression in São Paulo's skyline.
Located on Avenida Cidade Jardim, 280 Art Boulevard presents a distinctive architectural vision where art, nature and modernist references come together. Designed by Gensler in collaboration with Zien Arquitetura, the project combines a sculptural façade, landscaped terraces and residences occupying entire floors.

Translating architecture designed to stand out.
Beyond presenting a high-end development, the challenge was to communicate the identity of a project conceived as an architectural landmark, revealing its volume, details and the integration of façade, greenery and residential spaces.
